Questions investors ask before committing capital

Straight answers on fees, minimums, hold periods and exit mechanics. Project-specific terms are available to registered investors in the client portal.

01

What fees does E11evate Financial charge?

The standard fee structure is a 2% annual management fee on committed capital and a 20% performance fee over an 8% preferred return. The preferred return means investors receive an 8% annualized return before any performance fee is earned. E11-12 uses a cycle-based fee line tied to each election cycle rather than a calendar-year structure. All fees are set out in the subscription documents for each project before any capital is accepted.

02

What is the minimum investment?

Minimum investments range from $50,000 to $100,000 depending on the project. Ventures E11-01 through E11-09 carry a $50,000 minimum. Ventures E11-10 through E11-12 carry a $100,000 minimum. Each opportunity page lists its specific minimum.

03

How long is my capital committed?

Hold periods range from 2 to 5 years depending on the project. Technology ventures E11-01, E11-02, E11-11 and E11-12 carry a 2–3 year hold period. Ventures E11-03 through E11-10 carry a 3–5 year hold period. Investments are illiquid for the duration of the hold period and should be funded only with capital you do not need on demand.

04

How do I exit my investment?

Exit is governed by the subscription agreement for each project. Typical paths include a sale or recapitalization of the underlying business at the end of the hold period, a buyback provision, or distributions of ongoing revenue ahead of a terminal event. There is no secondary market for these interests and no guarantee that an exit will occur on the stated timeline. Exit mechanics for each project are described in its full terms, available to registered investors.

05

Are the revenue figures guaranteed?

No. The anticipated revenue figures shown on the opportunities and pitch deck pages are illustrative projections based on management estimates. They are not a promise of performance, and actual results may differ materially. Past performance of any prior venture does not guarantee future results.

06

Who can invest?

Participation is limited to accredited investors as defined under applicable securities regulations. Every investor completes a Know Your Customer and identification pack and an accredited investor certification before any allocation is confirmed. These documents are available in the client portal once a request for information has been verified and a client profile created.

07

How do I get started?

Submit a Request Information form from the site. Once verified, a client profile is created and you receive a welcome email with a direct link to your private portal, where you can review full project terms, complete the due diligence questionnaire and term sheet, and upload required documents.
