Information we collect

We collect the information you provide through the information request form: your name, email address, optional telephone number, company, country, investor type, areas of interest, an optional anticipated range, and your message. We also record consent and email verification times, and technical metadata for abuse prevention. Email verification

Before a request can be submitted, we send a six-digit code to the email address you provide. This confirms control of the address and reduces fraudulent or automated submissions. Codes expire, are rate limited, and are handled by our authentication provider.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide requested materials.
• To determine whether a discussion is appropriate for your investor category.
• To maintain records of consent and verification.
• To protect the service from abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is accessible only to authorized personnel of the firm and to the infrastructure providers that host this site, its database and its email delivery. Every administrative change to a request is recorded in an internal audit trail.

Retention

Requests are retained for as long as needed to respond and to satisfy record-keeping obligations, then archived or deleted.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by replying to any correspondence from the firm and quoting your reference number.
